About Alex

Alex supports both the creative and operational side of the business. She assists with installations, manages scheduling, and handles behind-the-scenes work such as communication, marketing, and customer coordination. Her goal is to keep every step of the process organized, clear, and professional. By blending structure with creativity, she helps maintain the shop’s customer-care standard and strengthens the business online and in person.
